Overview

Infiniti's all-New 2013 JX crossover challenges the current segment conventions with roomy three-row seating, luxurious versatility and advanced technology features. The Infiniti JX is available in two models, the JX35 FWD and JX35 AWD and with five available equipment packages.

Power and performance

The standard 3.5-liter DOHC V6 engine good for 265 horsepower @ 6,400 rpm and 248 lb-ft of torque @ 4,400 rpm teamed with a sport-tuned Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) provides high responsiveness and seamless, efficient shifting feel ? the first Infiniti to utilize a fuel-efficient CVT. The new JX has the Infiniti Drive Mode Selector, exclusive to Infiniti vehicles. Using a rotary switch in the center console, the driver can choose between four drive modes ? Standard, Sport, Eco and Snow ? depending on road and climate conditions. It is expected to deliver 23 mpg on highways and 17 mpg in city while still offering the power to carry a full load or passengers and cargo.

The Infiniti JX is available in five equipment package - Premium, Deluxe, Theater, Driver Assistance and Technology. The highlights of this model include double-arch front grille/headlight shape, double-wave hood, automatic on/off High Intensity Discharge (HID) bi-functional xenon headlights with manual levelizers, power sliding tinted glass moonroof, 6-speaker audio system with AM/FM/CD, available 15-speaker Bose Cabin Surround sound system with Acoustic Waveguide, Standard leather-appointed seating for all three rows, Tri-Zone Automatic Temperature Control with microfilter, Infiniti Intelligent-View Display, full power accessories, Leather-wrapped steering wheel, shift knob and available heated steering wheel.
