Larry Laster Manuel B - Pembroke Pnes - 2013 Infiniti G37 Saturday, 2013-02-23I have to be honest about the vehicle, it's beautiful and the convertible feature is special, however, I think my 7 year old, $40k Lexus was more technologically advanced than my new $55K G37 and that's disappointing; for example the steering wheel doesn't automatically go up and down to me settings, difficult to get in & out, the display operations are by button where on my Lexus it was all touch screen like my IPhone & IPad and the trunk space is lacking and I understand that's the trade-off for the convertible but not worth the trade. TOO LATE. However, my experience at the dealership was STELLAR!!!!! In fact I was just thinking this week how much I miss Lew Rich's weekly phone calls. What a genuine human being and Don King is also first class. Look forward to my 1,000 mile check up. Will certainly buy my next car there and definitely recommend to all my family & friends. Called them 3 times because I cannot manually program name and phone numbers through the car Bluetooth. David took the time to check other vehicles and confirmed that what Infiniti was telling me was wrong. When I contacted them for the last time, they rudely told me to check the manual and the page number. I told them I did BUT that only applied to systems with Navigation and mine did not have Navigation. After that, they never got back to me. Very disappointing!!!!
